PROEL Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors on 29th November 2006, is not just a mere fulfilment of a formal obligation. On the contrary, it is a fundamental document engaging Proel S.p.A., all its subsidiaries, as well as any member of its corporate bodies, employee or stakeholder interacting with the group, to the respect of high social values.

In his opening letter PROEL Chairman, Mr Fabrizio Sorbi, has indeed recalled the spirit of integrity which has always characterized the company’s business conduct and development:

“A corporation is an economic institution which, besides producing profits for its shareholders, provides services to society through a solid and long-lasting relationship with its territory. That’s why I felt the need to stimulate the company to adopt a code which could convey and stress our common daily commitments. I am sure that our Code of Ethics will be a substantial help to the diffusion of high professional standards and concretely lead to corporate social responsibility.”

The four chapters of the Code of Ethics show the company’s policy of responsible innovation, where business is accompanied by an ethical, transparent conduct, sharing benefits, resources and development with the community. They also supply a proof of the company’s will to support its credibility, prestige and reputation thanks to the professional and personal fulfilment of the people working in and with it.
